Save your Webpage or Email in PDF format

When you get an important email, you can save it on your desktop in PDF (Portable Document Format) and get it printed later on. You can also save the screen shot of any webpage and can save it in any format you want to.

- Open your email or any website which you want to save and study later in offline mode.

- Press ctrl+P. The print preview the page will be opened. You can apply this feature without installing any extension or any software.

- See the left hand side tab, you will see the "save as PDF" option. Save it by clicking on the 'save' option.


- If you want to change the format of file, Click on the change option (see above picture marked with red line).

- You will get different file formats to save your webpage or email.

- You can also save your pages on Google Drive too. Later, you can access your content saved on Google drive.

This feature of saving helps you to get print of your email later, if you do not have printer at the moment. You can also make changes according to your need after saving it in other format. This only works in Google Chrome Browser. You will be required Add-ons for Firefox browser.
