App to digitally sign files on Smartphones

People usually sign the document to secure it. In these times of tablets and smartphones, it is tedious and cumbersome to put the sign on a document. One has to first, get out print out of the document. Then, sign it and again scan and upload it. After that, mail has been done. Now, there should be less cumbersome method to sign the document and make it secure so that no unwanted can access it.

We look at the three application that allow you to sign a document on your tablet or Smartphone or your PC. You can send the document to other person by signing digitally and the other person can also involve his/her sign in order to secure the file being shared and all will be free!
1. Sign Now
- It is available in Android, iOS version. A person has to create a free account and upload the document that needs to be signed (Preferably a PDF file). If you are working on a tablet, you can use Sign Now installed application to open your document.

Once the document is opened, click at the place where you want to sign and you are given the options- 'Insert Signature', 'Insert text' or 'Insert Today's Date'. On selecting the signature option, you get a screen where you can sign or upload a virtual signature using the software app's feature. This now stored as your signature, which can be used on your document. Once signing is done, you can save the file with other name and download it.

The free version allows you to sign up to five documents maximum a month, and comes with unlimited storage. On the PC, you can use your name to sign the document. If you want the other person to sign this document, you need to buy a professional version of Sign Now which costs up to $9 per month.
2. Adobe Echo Sign
- It is available in iOS, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile and Web browser. This is the richest, widely used and the most secured web application to sign a document. You first need to create a user name and password using the browser. You can use the app that suits your Tablet, Smartphone or your PC.

You can send document and choose if the other person first sign the document before seeing it or you are just coordinating the signature. The document can be signed by up to six people and maximum five document in a month available in free plan. You can make your document password protected and make sure identified people via Web identity can only sign and see your document.

The free version gives an audit trial and a document certification. The paid version comes with $14.95 and more other features are also used.
3. Sign Easy
- It is also in Android and iOS version. They don't have a Web version which means the application need to downloaded and installed. Sign Easy lets you create a signature and initials, or upload a file with a virtual signature. The app opens the page you select as a document. You can 'Insert Signature', initials, text, date or even image.

The application comes with what they call a Basic Account, in which you can sign three documents. Beyond which, you need to either buy an annual subscription or pay as per five documents.

* This digital signature may not be applicable on legal documents. They hold good for mutual agreements between companies or individual done in good faith. On a print of these types of document, appear like a photo copy of the document that were signed physically.*

Comparison Chart Between 8051, 8052, 8031and 8751

8051 is a popular 8-bit microcontroller and has been used in many applications since Intel introduced it. Many 8051 architecture are produced by Triscend, Intel, Atmel, Philips, Infineon (Siemens), ISSI, and Max Corp. Today, 8051 microcontrollers may not be popular but, the 8051 architecture is still popular and employed in thousands of embedded applications. This 8-bit architecture has been different segments such as 8052, 8051, 8751 and 8031 . 8052 is the super-set of 8051 and 8031 is the memory-less microcontroller hence, it has interfaced with external ROM. Whereas, 8751 chip has only 4Kbytes of on chip UV-EPROM. Everyone knows about the general 40-pin microcontroller i.e. 8051 introduced by Intel in 1980s and consists of serial communication pins, Timer, Interrupts, RAM, ROM. It has 4 ports and each port has 8 pins, total 32 pins and other 8 pins for other purposes. 8052 is the super-set of 8051 that consists of 8K bytes of internal RAM (4K in 8051), 256 by...

Buzzer interface with 8051 microcontroller

Buzzer  is a electronic device that converts the electronic signal into buzzing noise, that is applied to it. It can be used as electronic bell or as quiz buzzer in many applications around us. Here, i world like to discuss the interfacing of a small buzzer with 8051 microcontroller and how different projects can be constructed. Buzzer Interfacing: This project shows the interface with AT89S52 microcontroller to a buzzer. When a push button is pressed, the buzzer will get ON and OFF ( number of times set in the code ) and then stops. Circuit Diagram: - The port P1 of the microcontroller is connected to buzzer. This type of connection is possible, if the current requirements of the buzzer is not more than 20mA. The output is in current source mode so that buzzer will turn ON when the output of the port is logic LOW. Switch is connected to port P3 which remains at logic HIGH by pull up resistor.  Code: #include "REG52.h" #define buz P1 sbit SW=P3^0; long i...

How to Switch OFF Citizen Calculator

You might be confused on seeing no OFF button on your calculator. Actually, these are general calculator available at low cost in the market. They process simple calculations like division, subtraction, Addition, Multiplication. But, how will you OFF that calculator having no option on them. There is always a trick which OFF them. It depends on the company calculator and their series to which they belong. I can tell you about Citizen Calculator CT-500 (as you can see in the image), how can you switch OFF it and can save battery too. If you leave calculator idle for 6-7 minutes, it will goes OFF automatically. My calculator goes OFF in 6.50 minutes from the point of leaving it idle. But, this is not the power saving trick for these types of calculator having not much backup battery. To save the power of your normal calculator, here is the trick to switch OFF it. Press ' /(divide sign)', 'x(multiply sign)', '%(percentage sign)', 'autoreplay option(...
