Asus company has launched a new smartphone-tablet hybrid, The Padfone Infinity with full HD Super IPS display. The new Padfone Infinity, much like its predecessor, the original Padfone Infinity comes with a Padfone station where the smartphone can be docked. The Padfone station also features a 10.1-inch full-HD display.
The refreshed Asus Padfone Infinity comes with a 5-inch full-HD (1080x1920) Super IPS display. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor clocked at 2.2GHz. The new Padfone Infinity sports, a 13-megapixel rear camera with an LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.
Asus has also introduced a new camera technology on the device dubbed PixelMaster, which the company claims can enhance image quality by compressing them into a 3-megapixel image. It runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
The new Padfone Infinity supports 2GB of RAM, with internal memory of 16GB and 32GB which can be further expandable up to 64GB via microSD card. The smartphone comes with a 2400mAh battery. It also has connectivity options on the device include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ AGPS, 3G, NFC and LTE. It will be available in two colour variants, Titanium Black and Platinum White.
