The Vending Machine with Intelligent and Interactive features

Smart devices always remain in demand and introducing new technology not only help customers, but also the industries to boost up their sales. The same is done by SIA Interactive that demonstrated the coke machine with social networking feature, launched last year. The coke vending machine is powered by Intel core i7 processor enabled with a touch-enabled screen, Wi-Fi and Near Field Communications (NFC).

How it works:

- The machine has a huge touch screen display from which a user can choose the soft drink from the list and can pay with cash or by mobile. To use voucher, it has QR code reader too. The most amazing of this vending machine is that it has been installed with 1080p camera that clicks your picture and with internet connectivity  it lets you share the picture on social networking site in just a few clicks. It also allows companies to hold promotions, other marketing actions and it supports movement recognition devices, Bluetooth and webcam.

The company gets to see all the people using their machine – and could analyze this information to understand their market demographics better to target more sales and customers. This vending machine is still under test so that all functions can work properly before it is used commercially. The company has to deal with the privacy issues as it records the user data to push the customized ads to customers. The IVM interacts smartly with consumers of all ages at the point of purchase, and allows the brand to show different content, adapting the communication, marketing and advertising strategy to the target or specific product. It features an LCD multitouch screen with sound, animation and high-def videos.
